Our business is understanding your business
Firstly, we would like to express our thoughts and well wishes if you were affected by the recent unprecedented flooding events. This has been a very difficult time for so many but it has been wonderful to see the sense of community that has emerged with all of Townsville uniting to help friends, neighbours and strangers.
Unfortunately our office also suffered severe damage in the flood with the water reaching a depth of 1.25 metres. This has resulted with most of our office being destroyed and requiring us to relocate to temporary office space while our office is rebuilt. We are unsure how long this will take as understandably a lot of other people are in the same position and building services will be stretched to a premium. Ideally, we would be returning to our office by July but could be as long as 12 months away. We will be keep you posted.
The new office is only a few blocks away and has plenty of parking so we hope this will be as little inconvenience to you as possible. We hope to have furniture installed and computers up and running by the end of today so that we are ready for business tomorrow. The phone number will not be changing and we will still have the same great staff looking after you.. We hope that we have your understanding in this difficult time if we are not able to deliver your tax returns as quickly as you would hope. Thankfully the ATO will be granting an extension of lodgement and payment but we have not been informed of the details of this as yet.
